Marketing Officer for Katy Sip N' Stroll and Wine & Food Week


Debra is an energetic, marketing guru who is passionate about consumer marketing and events, blending creativity with analytical rigor. Honored nationally and locally for marketing campaigns, her extensive experience includes strategic oversight of marketing, media relations, large-scale signature events and fundraising. Hand-picked by market leaders to establish long-term strategic marketing plans, Debra has developed and implemented strategic marketing, fundraising, and business plans for a wide range of businesses including non-profit organizations, international attractions, real estate ventures, technology start-ups, retail, and hospitality organizations. She enjoys tough new challenges. An ardent food truck fan, Debra co-founded Haute Wheels Houston - The Food Truck Festival and is a Team Leader at the Katy Sip N' Stroll.

SHERRI SEGARI - Director of Culinary Affairs


Sherri started with Food & Vine Time Productions in 2004 as a volunteer; at the time she was an Executive Recruiter working with Fortune 1000 Companies placing Executive level candidates from all industries and fields of endeavor, both in the United States and Internationally. Sherri has worked across various industries with companies such as Microsoft, Apple, Discovery Communications, McKesson and United Health Group. In 2009 Sherri was hired to fulfill the role of Culinary Director for all of the FVTP events. Sherri continued to work as an Executive Recruiter in conjunction with her role of Culinary Director until 2014.

Currently, Sherri is the Culinary Director of Wine & Food Week and Culinary Stars while she continues to freelance on various projects. Sherri is the tie that binds the culinary components of our Chef's creations to the guests that flock to Wine & Food Week and Culinary Stars. Sherri's efforts smooth the way for Chefs and restaurants to showcase their offerings in the very best light while handling the behind the scenes needs all with a beautiful and genuine smile.

ED LIEBLICK - Clifton’s Butler / Research Rabbit


Ed began volunteering for Food & Vine Time Productions in 2009 and has participated in nearly every event of the past 11 years. Ed's background is in broadcasting as he served as program/content manager for major radio stations throughout the United States. After retiring from broadcasting in 2014, Ed became a full-time staff member at Food & Vine Time Productions. Ed supports the office with IT challenges, supplies research, sales support, accounting, managing of ticket holder issues and communications, vendor relations, food truck recruitment and is the stage and AV manager at events. A born "schmoozer," no-one has more fun than Ed at Food & Vine Time Productions events, except, perhaps the people he serves.

JENNIFER THOMSON - Procurement Specialist / Production Manager


Jennifer Thomson has been involved with Wine & Food Week for the past 12 years as the Inventory Procurement Specialist. Jennifer sources supplies, equipment, furniture rentals, décor rentals, lighting & AV equipment, chef equipment, chef food, staff apparel, sponsorship gifts, attendee items and special requests. Jennifer organizes the logistics with sponsorships, hotel management, event site management, grocers, food supply companies, numerous vendors and rental companies prior, during and after the event week. Jennifer is onsite during each Wine & Food Week event to guarantee delivery, set up and answer any questions. Jennifer loves onsite problem solving and being hands on when it comes to event work. You can usually find her unloading or loading her own SUV with supplies! Jennifer has over 22 years experience in event management and has a BA in Psychology from Texas State University. Jennifer resides in The Woodlands with her husband, Carlton, and their 3 very busy children.

LYNNIE BECK - Box Office Manager & Bookkeeper


Lynnie is an integral part of Food & Vine Time Productions. For the past six years, Lynnie and her team are the first and last impression at every FTVP event. After 14 years of working as a retail buyer, Lynnie decided to focus her attention on her son, Aaron, and became involved in local PTA executive boards, holding various positions including PTA President. After Aaron graduated, Lynnie began working as a contract bookkeeper and is now responsible for FVTP book-keeping as well as event check-in. Lynnie and her husband, Roy, reside in Katy.

Devyn Waggoner - Media Specialist and Relationship Manager


Devyn Waggoner was gloriously able to join our team in the Fall of 2023 and comes with Event expertise from the Houston West Chamber of Commerce. She is a jack of all trades when it comes to event production, marketing and social media as well as our Pinterest Princess. Devyn is married and together they have an adorable little boy, a dog that is very supportive of this new toddler, two cats and loves to garden. Devyn and her family reside in Richmond, Texas.
