Combine a passion for culinary and wine events with twenty-plus years in media (television, radio, agency & print) and Food & Vine Time Productions is born.Constance loves to share her love of food and wine and remove the mystique and pretentiousness of wine & food tasting.A born networker, Constance is always “on the go” building personal and business relationships.As a commitment to her faith and desire to share, every Food & Vine Time event donates a portion of the proceeds to local charities.
Born with an entrepreneurial spirit, Clifton was introduced to “show business” at the New Orleans Boat Show.Working with his dad, the McDerby’s built the show into one of the largest boat shows in the nation.During off season, Clifton developed a retail Christmas decoration business for hotels, casinos, country clubs and commercial buildings.Clifton’s success led to business and marketing consulting and finally to the fruition of his wife’s lifelong dream of Food & Vine Time Productions.

DYLAN BOLLINGER BLATTER - Director of Operations
Simply put, Dylan is the core to the very essence of Food & Vine Time Productions.Dylan joined the company in 2010 as a part time assistant and quickly became an invaluable member of the team. Now responsible for organizing chaos, Dylan is in charge of bookkeeping, vendor relations, event logistics and sources goods and procures materials.When in “event mode”, Dylan is the on-site coordinator.

DEBRA FORD - Ford & Company
Marketing Officer for BrewMasters and Wine & Food Week

Debra is an energetic, marketing guru who is passionate about consumer marketing and events, blending creativity with analytical rigor. Honored nationally and locally for marketing campaigns, her extensive experience includes strategic oversight of marketing, media relations, large-scale signature events and fundraising. Hand-picked by market leaders to establish long-term strategic marketing plans, Debra has developed and implemented strategic marketing, fundraising, and business plans for a wide range of businesses, including not-for-profit organizations, international attractions, real estate ventures, technology start-ups, retail, and hospitality organizations. She enjoys tough new challenges. An ardent food truck fan, Debra co-founded Haute Wheels Houston - The Food Truck Festival and is a Team Leader at Brewmasters Craft Beer Festival.

SHERRI SEGARI - Director of Culinary Affairs
Sherri smooths the way for chefs and restaurants to showcase their offerings in the best light while handling their unique behind the scenes needs.Houston area “foodies” have come to expect quality offerings at our Food & Wine Events and Sherri delivers by engaging area restaurants and their re-known chefs.She believes wine and food is about discovery, enjoyment and bringing people together to create a memorable experience.

ED LIEBLICK - Clifton’s Butler / Research Rabbit
After leaving broadcasting in 2009, Ed and his wife Jane-Ann began as volunteers at Food & Vine Time Events and quickly became enamored with the fun and hospitality of our patrons. More recently, Ed has become a full-time member of the team, assisting with varied projects at the direction of Clifton while working closely with Dylan. Additionally, Ed serves as Food & Vine Time’s IT troubleshooter for the technically impaired and researches product, supplies and the occasional mechanical bull.

JENNIFER THOMSON - Procurement Specialist / Production ManagerYou may recognize Jennifer Thomson from her 12 years of Wine & Food Week’s Inventory Procurement Specialist. Jennifer received her BA in Psychology from Texas State University. She then found a temp. job in the consumer Home & Garden Show Industry as an Administrative Assistant, soon to be promoted to Office Manager, then a Top Exhibit Sales Representative and finally, Assistant Show Manager. It was with the Home & Garden Show Company where she first met Constance and Clifton….20 years ago. Jennifer resides in The Woodlands and enjoys watching her children’s many sports, volunteering, interior design, traveling and enjoying a good glass of wine or cold beer with family and friends!

LYNNIE BECK - Box Office Manager & Bookkeeper
Lynnie is an integral part of Food & Vine Time Productions. For the past six years, Lynnie and her team are the first and last impression at every FTVP event. After 14 years of working as a retail buyer, Lynnie decided to focus her attention on her son, Aaron, and became involved in local PTA executive boards, holding various positions including PTA President. After Aaron graduated, Lynnie began working as a contract bookkeeper and is now responsible for FVTP book-keeping as well as event check-in. Lynnie and her husband, Roy, reside in Katy.

TRINA ROSE – Volunteer Coordinator
If we’ve said it once, we’ve said it a thousand times – Food & Vine Time Productions just couldn’t make our events happen without an amazing core of volunteers.Volunteers are essential in our setup and tear down; and for event management by distributing our beverages, ice, serving and supplying our wine displays and food vendors.the Trina is perfectly suited to help round-up our crew and prepare them for our events.As an experienced Human Resources Specialist, her strong Interpersonal skills are invaluable for recruiting and maintaining our diverse group of volunteers.
